Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 20 SEP 2022 meeting were reviewed. Lance Wang moved to approve
the minutes. Bob Ross seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


Call for opens:
 - None


AR review:
 - Bob Ross ask Michael Mirmak about need/solutions/priority for security fixes
   Michael sent an email that has been discussed.  This AR can be closed 
 - Michael Mirmak supply acceptable security fixes for IBISCHK7 for BUG report
   Remains open
 - Weston Beal work on inserting power aware rules into the Quality Specification
   Remains open
 - Weston Beal check ibischk7 V7.1.1 for relevant power aware checks
   Remains open
 - Weston Beal send draft IBIS Quality spreadsheet with added power aware checks

Discussion:
IBISCHK711 status including BUG229 for absolute paths
Atul has been asking many questions.  Development ongoing.

BUG227 – Root Name check (action deferred until work starts on IBIS Version 7.2 
Bob noted no discussion until we start on IBISCHK Version 7.2

BUG228 – Version 2.0, Version 7.0 message differences for bus_label violation discussion
Atul questioned the bug report.  Bob confirmed we want the additional error message mentioned in the bug report.  Bus_label entries associated with two different signal_names are not compatible with EMD.  This condition is discovered in IBIS 7.0 files but not in IBIS 2.0 to 6.1 files.  If there is an incompatibility issue for EMD the model maker may have to fix the problem in an older IBIS file, even if that file is technically error-free based on pre-IBIS 7.0 rules.

BUG229 – Universal Naming Convention solution discussion
Bob added to the bug report to use the prefix "IBIS_" instead of "IBS_".

BUG237 – “Waves” versus “Wave"
Arpad fine tuned some language.  Draft 4 is ready to be uploaded as the final bug report.

Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI
There has been email discussion on a new bug but no bug report yet. A DLL checked on Windows results in a message "has platform issue".  Mike LaBonte did some investigation. It could be related to a failure to open or close the DLL.  Atul asked Michael Mirmak to share the DLL. Bob plans to ask Michael to follow-up.

Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) investigation (Security fixes), (TSCHK2)
Bob showed the draft BUG6 report from Michael Mirmak for TSCHK2.  Bob fixed a typo.  Randy suggested the draft was ready for introduction at Friday's Open Forum meeting.

TSCHK2 V2.02 BUG5 implementation plan (on hold for any new BUG report)
Bob thought it would be good to include both BUG5 and BUG6 in an update to the TSCHK2 parser.
